  1. Thanks so much, such a motivational video..I’m tiryng and failing to loose 30 pounds I wake up every morning with a plan and at the end of the night, I end in failure. I just have a HUGE problem with sneaking food any idea how to stop that? I mean, I hate McDonald’s and I love salad and I’m OBSESSED with fruit, it’s just certain foods that I NEED. Like oreos. 🙁
