How To Find Motivation When You’re Feeling Stuck-Noble Thoughts

We all have days when we feel totally stuck and do not know what to do. We just feel lost and do not know from where to get the motivation to move forward.

It is this time when the following actions might help in bringing back how to find motivation and to get unstuck.

Create the Motion :

Change the motion to change the emotion as says Tony Robbins.

The best way to change the mindset and to come out of the negative spiral is to change your physiology by doing some thing physical work. It could be a favourite sport, Jogging ,going to a gym or just a walk outside your house to the nearest park.

This is particularly helpful on days when you feel like you might not be able to muster any enthusiasm or energy.

Practicing regular exercise is very helpful in changing the state of your well being .This will help with the infusion of The endorphins you release will give you the extra energy and morale boost that you need.

The direct benefits of the physical exercise you will see upon you are:

  • Improved mood and mental wellbeing
  • Improved energy levels
  • Improved sleep quality
  • Increased confidence and self-esteem
  • Improved concentration and focus

2. Develop Positive Mindset:

Keeping yourself in the state of positivity will keep you in track towards achieving your goals. Try to imagine and feel the rewards you will get once you get to that goal you are so trying to accomplish. This can often be the boost you need to stay determined and driven to reach the end goal. This will enhance you on how to find motivation

3.Break the task into baby steps:

Usually the source of feeling unmotivated and stuck is attached to non getting of the desired results towards our goals. As they become unclear we get saddened and feel horrible. The best way to come out of this trauma is to break down the entire task as a whole in to smaller mini or baby tasks as you would call it.

According to the famous author and productivity coach James Clear he emphasizes on the 2 Minute Rule .He claims that how small habits and a two-minute rule can help your productivity. According to him the key to a productive life can be found by breaking down tasks into small, achievable goals. Once you have these constant results and felling of accomplishment coming up for you on regular basis, you will see yourself unstuck and happy.

4.Change the environment:

Some times simply by changing your work atmosphere can bring in a lot of change to your productivity.

If you see yourself getting into that negative spiral and feeling of getting stuck with the results coming out not as expected ,just change the environment. Go out for a walk to the nearest park or just admire the nature around you.

The mental stimulation of a change of environment, combined with the amazing benefits of being outdoors, can help to rekindle your motivation and get you back on track.

Whether it’s a whole new landscape or just your own backyard, getting outdoors can be a beneficial and rewarding experience that can help to bring some much-needed inspiration into your life.

5.Take a Break:

If any of the above steps do not help and you still feel that feeling of frustration and getting stuck ,then just take a break from the routine you are doing . Even a few minutes of respite can be enough to help you recharge, allowing for a fresh start and a clean slate.

Whatever it is, it’s important to take the time to step away from the situation, and give yourself the opportunity to reset and refocus. Not only will it help restore your energy and clarity, but it can also help you gain a new perspective on the situation, allowing you to approach it in a more creative and effective way.

For me personally it is getting into my daily meditation and mindfulness practice .This keeps me refocused and targeted even after all the failures over the results.

If you’re feeling really overwhelmed, it might even be beneficial to take a few days off from work to give yourself the space and time you need to regroup and restart.
